1.) Is it true?
2.) Is it genuinely helpful?
3.) Is it inspiring?
4.) Is it really necessary?
5.) Is it kind?
Now I know what you’re thinking. “John, you’ve got to be kidding. I just want to give them a piece of my mind.” Of course if you do that often enough you won’t have any mind left! Bottom line, seriously, do you want to take the high road and be left rising above the situation?
